Profits up at Dunelm
Homewares chain Dunelm has seen pre-tax profits rise by 6.2% to £128.9m in the year to 2 July.
The chain had previously said sales would by 7.1% higher at £880.9m, with like for like growth of 2.5%.
In-store like for like sales rose by1% with home delivery sales 23.2% higher, accounting for 7% of turnover.
The 152 store chain will open nine branches in the coming year, including three within the M25 where it currently only has eight.
It is trialling new displays for furniture and rugs, including roomsets.
