Profits increase sees bonus boost at ScS
David Knight, ScS ceo saw his bonus more than double in the past year.
Knight is entitled to a bonus of up to 140% of his £306,00 salary depending on company performance.
It achieved EBITDA for £21.495m, almost achieving the maximum bonus target to £21.509m.
As a result Knight saw his bonus rise from £203,418 to £427,372. Chris Muir, ScS finance director is entitled to a bonus of 100% of his £240,00 salary and received a bonus of £239,424.
ScS’s total wage bill is £61.279m. The average salary, excluding Knight but including Muir and the non-executive directors, was £24,646 a rise of 3.22% with average bonuses of £2,531, a rise of 20%.
