Henrik SjogrenFeather & Black and Jensen Beds parent Hilding Anders has appointed a new ceo.

From 1 January Henrik Sjögren will succeed Pepyn Dinandt as ceo. Dinandt will remain as Hilding Anders chairman.

Hilding Anders’ board and management team are delighted to have found in Henrik a top leader that has the experience, personality and entrepreneurial spirit to support the company in executing the next strategic phase and to guide the business on its successful growth path,’ says a statement.

The group has also named Achim Schreck as the company’s new group communications director, from 1 November. Schreck was previously director of group communications at BMI Group, Europe’s largest roofing and waterproofing company, based in London.
