Victoria gains Distinctive in reshuffle

Distinctive Flooring Aspect Urban Skylight LVT supplier Distinctive Flooring has been integrated into sister company Victoria Carpets.

The company has become part of a new division branded Victoria Design Floors.

Distinctive grew out of Abingdon Flooring before becoming its own business unit. Parent group Victoria says that the business objectives for both were the same, and that joining the two together will help strengthen their combined business proposition, providing a better product and service offering for retailers.

The UK sales team now consists of 13 area sales managers in mainland UK who will represent both Victoria Carpets and Victoria Design Floors exclusively.

To support them Mark Paice has become field sales manager.

‘We now have a fantastic product offer, supported by a national sales team, extensive POS supported via our in-house merchandisers, dedicated marketing support and the ability to help our retailers add value and grow their businesses. Both Victoria Carpets and Victoria Design Floors are now in the best position to offer a fantastic collection of both carpet and LVT to today’s consumer market,’ says James Caldwell, Victoria Carpets and Distinctive Flooring sales director.
