Buyfair to sell direct to consumers
Excess stock disposal platform Buyfair is to begin selling direct to consumers.
The company, which completed a £250,000 crowdfunding in November, specialises in sourcing excess stock of furniture, homewares, lighting, gifts and accessories direct from brands or a licensed distributor.
It charges sellers a 14% commission or 12% if they pay a monthly fee.
Brands include Arper, Case Furniture, Gooch Oriental, Innermost, Lambert, Ligne Roset (pictured), Modus, Pad Home, Tom Dixon and Tacchini.
The company plans to introduce the direct to consumer section this month along with making changes to its business to business operations.
