Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a regional sales territory (North, Midlands, or South), promoting Floors by Lewis Abbott and COREtec products. Providing support to the existing representation specifically in relation to the premium brands.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with independent flooring retailers.
- Deliver on sales targets through effective Account Management and new business generation.
- Provide retailers with product training, updates, and ongoing support.
- Plan and manage your schedule independently, working efficiently from the field and home.
- Represent Likewise Floors at relevant trade shows and events.
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience in the carpet and flooring industry is essential.
- Ability to self-manage, prioritise workload, and operate independently.
- A strong work ethic and results-driven mindset.
- A clean UK driving licence.
