Upholstery and bed chain Sofas & Stuff is to open its 22nd store this weekend.
The retailer is to open in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire on 17 September.
The town centre store is on the corner of Warwick Street and Guy Street, opposite the Royal Priors Shopping Centre.
The store will display more than 60 sofas and 10 beds.
