Headlam has raised another £15m though property sales.
The group has completed its third disposal this week, raising about £15.3m.
‘The proceeds will strength the balance sheet and be used to invest in working capital. The company continues to evaluate the potential sale and leaseback of our Coleshill property,’ it says.
Last year the group raised £21.2m from property disposals.
