Paul Bassi, Likewise non-executive chairman has upped his stake in the flooring distributor, increasing it to almost 1.5%.
He has purchased 500,000 shares, seeing his stake rise to 3.5milion shares or 1.42% of the group’s voting rights.
Bassi, who is chairman of Real Estate Investors, has been involved in the group since its launch. ‘The team has made significant progress over the past four years and have a clear focus on creating the best flooring distribution business,’ he says.
‘They are only part way along that journey but the next one, three and five years will be really exciting as they take the business forward through further investment in people, infrastructure and market presence.’
