The National Bed Federation has revealed its judges for the five 2023 Bed Industry Awards for the manufacturer and component supplier categories.
An independent panel of 11 judges, including five new judges from across the industry, will decide which NBF manufacturer and supplier members will be crowned winners at the Bed Show gala dinner and awards ceremony on Tuesday 26 September at the Telford International Centre.
The judges for Bed Products of the Year are: Steve Adams, Mattress Online founder and ceo; Rebecca Maloy, AIS beds, cabinet and semi-fitted bedroom cabinet selector; Sue Davies, Sue Davies Design Solutions, owner; James Dunne, Prestige Beds md and Paul Farley; Furniture News editor.
Adams, Dunne and Maloy will judge Sales Agent/Rep of the Year.
The Bed Manufacturer of the Year award will be judged by David Fitzsimons, Oakdene Hollins director of circular economy; Richard de Melim, The Furnishing Report editor; Jonathan Hindle, British Furniture Confederation chairman and KI Europe md.
The Component Product of the Year Award has a new panel of judges: Natalie Armstrong, Sealy UK product and brand manager; Danny Blackmore, Silentnight new product implementation manager; Dave Morris, Sleepeezee purchasing director; Farley; Fitzsimons and Hindle.
