The BFM has announced it hopes to hold its BFM Fabric Show London in June.
The association says the show would take place on 8-9 June at Twickenham Stadium, in southwest London.
The show had originally been planned for late February or early March at Stamford Bridge, depending on Chelsea FC’s fixtures before it was postponed. The event has switched to the rugby stadium as Chelsea’s West Stand, which has been home to the show on its previous six incarnations, is being redeveloped.
‘There is a great appetite for a fabric show this year from both exhibitors and from many of our member upholstery manufacturers. The impressive new venue for this year’s show means it will look and feel a little different and there are bound to be some regulations in place, but we are confident that we can deliver a safe event with same high standards and vast choice of high-grade fabrics as before,’ says Nick Garratt, BFM md.
