A furniture and accessories retailer has returned to operating as a bricks and mortar retailer three years after it was forced to move exclusively online.
S&D Sparkles operated in Portsmouth from 2020-2021 before it was forced to concentrate on online following the sale of its premises for student accommodation.
Now it has opened a store on Cosham High Street.
‘It has been very hard trying to run from a storage container in the middle of a field. Everything has been in storage and we tried to continue operating which has been nearly impossible. To finally be back in a premises is very exciting,’ says Donald Price, S&D Sparkles owner.
‘We are offering Clearpay and Klarna to customers which enables them to pay monthly. We are trying to alter it so it is bit more affordable and easier for everyone to buy our products.’
