Kickstart Publishing, owner of flooring B2B titles CFJ, Tile & Stone Journal and The Stocklists has seen senior leadership changes, including the departure of its long-serving md Stuart Bourne,.
Companies House records show that he resigned as a director on 9 December. He had been in senior roles at Kickstart since 1999, becoming a director in 2000.
In a statement, the company says: ‘Kick-Start Publishing, publisher of Contract Flooring Journal, Tile and Stone Journal, and The Stocklists, today announced key executive appointments strengthening the company’s commitment to integrity and industry excellence.
‘The development of the leadership team comes after an internal review which identified a serious breach of company policy.
‘The matter was isolated, resolved through established oversight processes, and the board remains confident in the strength of its products and services and importantly the financial stability of the business.
‘John Miller, formerly commercial director, has been appointed ceo; David Strydom becomes md; Neil Owen assumes the role of cto; Nick Ellis becomes coo.
‘These changes follow the immediate departure of former md Stuart Bourne.’
