Dunelm has bolstered its senior executive team.
The £1.7bn turnover retailers has named Laura Harricks as chief customer officer and Caroline Angell as chief people officer.
Harricks, who was most recently cco at Ocado Retail and who has worked for Monsoon Accessorize, and Currys, will join next month.
The chain says she has ‘spearheaded a range of customer-led digital transformation programmes, as well as loyalty and customer experience strategies that deliver growth.’
Angell, who has previously had roles at Kingfisher, Currys and Sainsbury’s, ‘brings a deep understanding of how to drive organisational development, with a focus on building the right capabilities and improving colleague engagement, which will be invaluable in supporting Dunelm’s growth ambitions.’
