Kitchen brand Häcker has reshuffled its management, with the fifth generation of the founding Finkemeier family taking over some operational responsibilities.
Jan Finkemeier has joined as chief digital officer, responsible for its digital transformation, both in strategy and operational terms.
‘It fills me with huge pride that with Jan, the fifth generation will now join our family business. It proves that Gen Z also shares our values and our passion for Häcker. I view this as a strong indicator for continuity and a reflection of our close bonds with the company; at the same time, it is an important step for securing the successful future of our company long-term,’ says Jochen Finkemeier, ceo and managing partner.
The new management structure will see Stefan Möller as cco; Matthias Berens as cso and Dirk Krupka as cto. Krupka will mentor Jan Finkemeier (pictured left).
Möller give up this executive position at the turn of the year 2026/2027 and will then focus on parent Finkemeier Holding.
‘We are facing huge challenges, but also amazing opportunities. With Finkemeier Holding, we have established the basis for combining Häcker’s strength with a future-proof, professionally managed group of companies and for securing the long-term success of our family business. Regardless of all of these changes, one thing will not change: we are and will remain a family business. Our actions are defined by our long company history, our values and our responsibility, and we also want to ensure precisely this with the holding company in future,’ says Jochen Finkemeier.
