Management of furniture, fabric and wallcoverings producer Rubelli has passed to the fifth generation of the family.
Brothers Nicolo and Andrea Rubelli, both long involved in the manufacturer, have become joint-ceo.
Nicolo will have direct oversight of sales, marketing, and collection development, while Andrea will be responsible for production, purchasing, logistics, and IT.
Their first major initiative will be the 2026-2028 strategic plan, which will see it continue to focus on high-quality furnishing fabrics and wallcoverings under the Rubelli and Kieffer brands, primarily produced at weaving mill in Como. It plans to strengthen its management to support the new joint-ceos, and is upgrading IT systems for greater efficiency and security.
