Loaf has appointed a former senior John Lewis executive as operations director.
David Meredith was head of operations at John Lewis from September 2014 to May 2020.
At Loaf, he will lead on all aspects of the brand’s delivery and after-sales experience including management of its third-party logistics partner and warehousing operation.
