The long-awaited second store for Hafren Furnishers is set to open this weekend.
The company spent a decade searching for a suitable location and planning permission was granted for the former Cambrian Printers site on the outskirts of Aberystwyth in July 2021.
The 24,360sqft store, which also has a 9,250sqft warehouse and parking for 30 cars, will open on 23 October.
As with Hafren Furnishers’ flagship 70,000sqft store in Llanidloes, the branch will have a Carpetright concession.

We are excited about the new venture, have sourced the ideal location for us, with ample free customer parking and direct access just off the A44. We hope to provide a boost to the local community of Ceredigion and beyond in terms of employment opportunities, enhanced retail experiences and bringing a disused building back to life,’ says Tim Morgan, Hafren Furnishers director.
