Mohawk has formerly merged its UK and Republic of Ireland Unilin and IVC Group operations into one £203m turnover company.
Unilin Distribution and IVC Group UK have become Unilin Flooring UK & Ireland.
The sales team for brands including Quick-Step, Moduleo, Pergo, Elka, Leoline and IVC Commercial will remain seperate.
The company is headquartered in Newry with sales and distribution facilities in Derby, Liverpool and St Neots.
