Asiatic Carpets hailed the show as its best if five edition: perhaps in part because the 2023 stand is its largest yet, in the middle of Hall 2, and packed with new products.
The showstopper, pulling in the crowds with its vibrant colours and patterns, was the Historia 100% viscose rug in the Katherine Carnaby range, handwoven in India (pictured).
‘People walking past the stand, spot the Historia, are drawn in and ordering,’ says Steve Walton, Asiatic northern sales manager. ‘Existing customers love what they see too. It’s a tough market out there but this show is going brilliantly.’
