JFS: Focus on casual dining for Core

The product focus for Core Products was on casual dining. The sets reflect the changing use of downstairs space.

Linea (pictured) is made from solid wood with a wood and grey wash finish. Alongside a selection of table and chair sets there are also bench sets and compact high level dining sets.

The revitalised Aspen dining collection offers a mix and match selection of tables and chairs. The chairs are available in a comfort option, fully upholstered in a choice of covers or a practical, easy to clean option which is ideal for kitchens or busy households, all are manufactured from moulded plastic with tapered metal legs.

With demand for white finished furniture also showing a resurgence, Core expanded its Corona White collection into downstairs, with a selection of dining and occasional pieces all made from solid wood. The Lido range of high gloss white furniture has proved so popular in its compact size option that it has been expanded to encompass standard size bedroom and downstairs pieces, along with a selection of focal point TV units.

The new range of Boston downstairs pieces is aimed at consumers looking for a more traditional look with the real wood collection in a dark lacquer finish embellished with antiqued brass effect hardware.
