MND launches branded price pledge

MattressNextDay has launched a price promise on branded mattresses.

Under the new scheme, customers who find an identical mattress cheaper at an authorised UK retailer can contact MattressNextDay before purchasing to have the price matched.

Products must match in brand, model, size and specifications, while also being new, in stock and available for dispatch at the time of enquiry.

The policy excludes clearance products, ex-display items, returns, made-to-order products, special sizes and mattresses sold through third-party marketplace sellers.

It only applies to the price of the mattress and does not include additional incentives such as voucher codes, cashback offers, free gifts or promotional bundles.

The retailer says its pricing team monitors the market every 24 hours across leading mattress brands to help ensure pricing remains competitive throughout its product range.
