NBF adds discounted training to Retail Champion benefits

The National Bed Federation has introduced discounted bed-specific sales training for retailers which are part of its Retail Champion membership scheme.

It has partnered with Furniture Sales Solutions for a 10% discount on training that can be delivered in-store, in-person, or online. The training promises to increase sales, conversion rates, profitability and average order values, while improving other business areas such as staff confidence, presentation skills and customer satisfaction.
