ITC and Modulyss owner Balta Group nv has decided upon its new name.
The company has opted for Belysse.
The move comes after the Belgian manufacturer sold its rug, residential polypropylene and non-woven businesses (Balta Group) along with the Balta brand to Victoria in April.
Balta Group nv will continue to be listed on the Euronext stockmarket as Balta until late October.
