Dreams has opened a new store in Sheffield, further strengthening its nationwide footprint.
As the Official Sleep Partner of Team GB and Paralympics GB, Dreams welcomed Olympic trampoline gold medallist and Sheffield local, Bryony Page to mark the occasion.
On Friday 29 May, Bryony cut the ribbon, officially opening the new store, which brings Dreams’ expertly crafted selection of high-quality mattresses, pillows and bedroom furniture to the local community.
During her visit, Bryony tested Dreams’ innovative Sleepmatch® technology, which uses 18 body measurements and decades of research to generate tailored mattress recommendations and take the guesswork out of decision making. She also met Dreams’ beloved mascot, Beddie, and spent time celebrating with the store team.
Located at Drakehouse Retail Park, the store spans 6,101 square feet and has created seven new jobs for retail professionals in the local area.
This latest opening forms part of Dreams’ continued store rollout, which began in late 2024 and has continued since, underscoring the brand’s ongoing growth and investment in physical retail.
Jonathan Hirst, CEO of Dreams, commented: “We’re really pleased to have opened a second Dreams store in Sheffield and to continue growing our presence in the area. We’re committed to helping people enjoy better sleep by bringing our products and expertise to more communities across the UK. We’re looking forward to getting to know our local customers and becoming part of the neighbourhood.
It was also fantastic to welcome Bryony to mark the opening. As a local legend, her presence made the day even more memorable for our colleagues, customers and the wider Sheffield community.”
