Buying group Minerva has named a new group chief executive.
Former Furniture Village head of buying Jim Orr will join the group in mid-January.
He will succeed Roy Beagent, who has been business manager since 2001. He will retire in May.
Orr was at Furniture Village for two years, leaving in 2018. Prior to that he spent nine years at Achica as head of private label, was buying controller at Dreams for almost nine years and buyer at Ocean for two years.
