DFS has promoted its cto to a new role.
Russell Harte has become coo, adding responsibility for the group’s supply chain, final mile delivery to its technology activities.
As cto he led the digitisation of web and operational services. Harte joined the retailer in October 2011 as head of multi-channel development and delivery, before becoming group technology director in 2015 before becoming cto in January 2020.
