Gervasoni, Meridiani and Axolight parent Dexelance has completed its takeover of outdoor furniture brand Roda.

Dexelance bought a minority stake in the manufacturer in April, which inlcuced a commitment to take control.

It had sales of more than €300m in 2024.

Roda was one of the first companies to develop the idea of high-end furniture suitable for indoors and outside.

‘This partnership, designed to further strengthen their key role in the outdoor segment, will see Roda – thanks to its know-how, production hubs, and established distribution network – take the lead in Dexelance’s future projects in this increasingly relevant market,’ says the group.

‘The operational governance of the Roda Group will remain unchanged, in line with Dexelance’s usual integration model.’

‘Roda has pioneered a new vision of living beyond the boundaries of the home, where outdoor and indoor spaces blend in a harmonious language and spatial continuum. Today, we have a production and commercial presence in Europe, the US and Asia,’ says Daniele Pompa, Roda ceo.

‘The support and experience of Dexelance will further accelerate our expansion into global markets, consolidating our position as a leading excellence in outdoor furniture.’
