The Group’s audited preliminary results for the 52 weeks ended 29 July 2023 (the “Full Year Results”) will now be announced on 25 October 2023.
ScS had expected to announce Full Year Results on 10 October 2023. The results preparation process is substantially complete, but the Board has concluded that a short delay is required for finalisation. The Group’s Full Year Results will be in line with the full year trading update, as announced on 3 August 2023. Apart from the short delay, the year-end process has been as expected and the Board has no concerns whatsoever in this regard and is confident that the Full Year Results will be concluded and published within the new timeframe.
