Sterling Home is adding almost a quarter of a century of international product sourcing and buying experience to its leadership team.
The retailer has recruited Silvia Hernandez as commercial director.
Hernandez has held many management, including directors, roles at retailers since she was senior buyer at BHS in 1999.
These include TK Maxx, The Pier, Lagerinn, Tobar, Studio Moderna, Ideal World Shopping. The Book People and Mamas & Papas.
In 2019 she founded Proenza Home.
