Tapi has introduced a collection of John Lewis-branded carpets as continues to roll out converted former Carpetright stores.
The collection of four loops, two velvets and a flatweave is available at Tapi stores and online as well as the chain’s John Lewis concessions. Retail prices range from £49.99per sqm to £79.99per sqm.
‘Being given the opportunity to bring John Lewis branded carpets to market again is a huge privilege and something we’re very excited about. We’ve worked very closely with John Lewis to ensure that the collection is closely aligned with its core values of exceptional quality alongside exceptional value for money. We believe this collection of wool products does exactly that,’ says Charlie Harris, Tapi director of buying.
‘Tapi has had a really successful launch in our branches, and we’re proud to build on that with the launch of this new collection. The range has been designed with our customers in mind, and brings together the best of John Lewis and Tapi: quality, style and durability,’ says Katie Papakonstantinou, John Lewis director of services and hospitality.
Meanwhile, the chain has opened two further former Carpetright stores: Washington and Plymouth. Tapi took over 54 Carpetright sites following the former market-leader’s administration last year.
