Tapi Carpets & Floors has opened its latest store in Erdington, taking over the former Carpetright unit at Ravenside Retail Park.
The launch comes after Tapi’s acquisition of Carpetright in July 2024, when the retailer entered administration. As part of the deal, Tapi took control of 54 stores across the region.
With Erdington now open, Tapi’s store network has grown to more than 210 locations nationwide. Founded in 2015 by a team of flooring industry experts, the company has built a reputation as a customer-focused alternative within the flooring retail sector and continues to expand its national presence.
The new Erdington branch offers a wide range of flooring solutions, from carpets, laminate, and vinyl to luxury vinyl tiles and wood flooring. The store has been designed with an open, easy-to-navigate layout, complemented by expert staff ready to provide personalised advice and guidance.
