Salience Search Marketing’s latest research identifies the most prominent brands within the flooring industry based on consumer familiarity with the brand through online searches or social media interactions. By merging branded search metrics with social media performance, Salience says it has been able to determine which brands stand out across various channels, offering insights into their overall prominence in the market.
It scores Topps with 201,000 monthly brand searches and a social media score on 172.
Carpetright is second overall with 60,500 and 109 respectively.
This is followed by UK Flooring Direct (27,100 and 93); Tapi (14,800 and 142); Tile Mountain (33,100 and 63); Quick-Step (6,600 and 255) and pictured; Walls and Floors (9,900 and 150); Karndean (12,100 and 118), Amtico (9,900 and 143) and United Carpets (18,100 and 76).
