Tvilum has reorganised its UK sales processes, nine months after buying Steens.
Following a review of the Steens UK operation, Tvilum has decided to align procedures and eliminate duplication. Direct delivered customers from Denmark will be handled by the Tvilum sales support team in Farvang.
Direct home delivery customers serviced by Steens’ logistics partner XDP, will now be handled by Furniture To Go.
The Steens UK office is no longer accepting orders, with FTG now processing orders.
