Upholstery producer Vale Bridgecraft has added to its management, with former Alpha Designs and Westbridge executive joining as commercial director.
‘After many years working with mid-market and white-label products, the chance to focus on a premium heritage brand was incredibly appealing. There is a real sense of pride and skill in the Yorkshire factory, where each piece is still made by a single craftsman. Combined with a forward-thinking management team, it feels like a business with renewed confidence and purpose,” says Bell.
The appointment comes as the company prepares to debut its Bridgecraft Gallery concept, which is designed to offer a multitude of configuration options, while reflecting its heritage. The offer, due to be introduced at INDX Furniture, is built around the Elegance, Vintage and Boutique ranges, allowing retailers to curate designs that suit their own showroom environments while giving customers a clear and flexible route to bespoke upholstery.
