Etailer Very Group is considering a stock market flotation.
The company has appointed advisory firm STJ Advisors to explore ownership options.
If the owning Barclay family opt for a flotation it is likely to be on the AIM market for smaller companies.
The family has previously reviewed Very’s ownership structure but this is the first time advisors have been appointed.
