Wren has become one of the first kitchen manufacturers in the UK to achieve the British Institute for Fitted Interior Specialists (BIFIS) Accredited Installation Methods (AiM) Quality Mark, following an independent audit of its installation operations and onsite fitting standards.
Developed by BIFIS to raise standards across the fitted interiors industry, AiM is designed to provide reassurance to consumers while promoting best practice, consistency and professionalism throughout the sector. It sees evaluate how a business manages and delivers its installation service, including compliance, installer management, health and safety, customer communication and onsite installation standards.
