La-Z-Boy is to help festival goers relax at the Kendal Calling music and arts festival.
The 28-31 July festival, which is expected to attract 25,000 people, will see the manufacturer supply three reclining sofas in the event’s cinema tent – The Picture House – along with reclining sofas for the backstage VIP area and in three other tents located around the Lake District site.
Headline acts at Kendal Calling, which began in 2006 with 900 spectators, include Stereophonics, Supergrass and The Kooks. The company is also holding a consumer competition offering three pairs of tickets for the event and offering attendees the chance to win a Winchester two-seater.
