LA-Z-BOY UK

A commitment to using only high-quality leather has seen La-Z-Boy UK again receive the Best Leather Upholstery Manufacturer award from Interiors Monthly readers: its tenth consecutive win.

‘We are so pleased to have won the Best Leather Upholstery Manufacturer award again in 2026. We are delighted that the high quality of our products has been recognised by Interiors Monthly readers. At La-Z-Boy UK, we are continually looking
to meet the needs of consumers when it comes to comfort, whether this is integrating new technology into our sofas and chairs or creating new leather options for customers to choose from,’ says Adam Morley, La-Z-Boy UK head of marketing.

The latest leather collection, Enzo, combines durability with natural beauty and was debuted at last month’s Manchester Furniture Show. As a top grain, semi-aniline
leather, it has a luxurious appearance but will also withstand the stresses and strains
of everyday family use.

It also uses the strongest and most premium layer of the cow hide and is smooth and soft to the touch. A thin protective coat and a small amount of pigment help protect the furniture from both fading and wear and tear, while maintaining the unique and
authentic character and markings of the leather itself.

As well as Enzo, La-Z-Boy UK launched three new ranges at the Manchester
Furniture Show in addition to two new fabric upholstery options: Nico and Gabrio. Retailers visiting the brand’s stand were the first to see Alexander, Harris and Hunter. Alexander includes a console unit featuring ambient lighting and a lift-and-rise chair
for people requiring mobility support. Consumers can also choose between static and power recline models, with the option of adding a power head tilt and lumbar support. Harris blends design with the La-Z-Boy commitment to comfort, and is available with power recline, lumbar support and a power headrest. It includes built-in Bluetooth speakers and a chaise end that lifts up to reveal discreet storage space.

‘The team received positive feedback on product design, comfort, innovation and commercial positioning. We’re now looking forward to following up on all the interest
and building momentum with showroom visits and taking our show van to retailers around the UK,’ says Andrew Nuttall, La-Z-Boy UK head of sales.
