B&B Italia and Louis Poulsen parent Design Holding is to take over the running of Fendi Casa.
The group has agreed a deal with the fashion house to succeed Luxury Living when its licence agreement runs out at the end of the year.
Design Holding and Fendi have set up Fashion Furniture Design which will release its first Fendi Casa designs in January 2022, with Design Holding having a majority stake.
FFD will open a network of Fendi Casa branded stores.
Design Holding will set up a company to produce the designs to be based in Brianza, Italy. Alberto Da Passano, former Fendi Europe and Middle East president will become FFD ceo.
