As Flanders Flooring Days continued, BerryAlloc highlighted its commitment to training across several aspects.
Its Menen, Belgium factory and recently extended warehouse– the company’s original manufacturing site– has seen the opening of the Academy BerryAlloc.
Here stockists, new members of staff and fitters can receive training on product knowledge, sales skills, logistics and fitting among others.
The company’s relationship with FITA mean skills will be taken back to the UK, but the best first hand experience will be at the Academy.
