Furniture, lighting and accessories manufacturer Gejst has been bought by Dansk Design Invest as it expands its portfolio.
The move sees Gejst join the OYOY Living Design, FILIBABBA, bObles, ReCollector, Plauborg Furniture brands in DDI’s group of contemporary furniture, lighting, home decor and children’s essentials.
Gejst will now share DDI’s group warehouse in Herning, Denmark consolidating logistics across the group. The integration also includes shared operations, finance, compliance, purchasing, HR and IT.
Gejst will maintain its head office and upcoming showroom at Designhuset, Copenhagen.
