Headlam is to sell its sell its market-leading Swiss operation to its management.
The group will raise £12m from the disposal, which is expected to be completed next month.
Belcolor had sales for £31.1m and pre-tax profits of £1.1m in 2020 and is Headlam’s smallest continental European operation.
It has six showrooms across Switzerland.
