Interiors Rich List members revealed

The interiors sector has six individuals or families included in the country’s top richest 350 people, according to The Sunday Times Rich List.

Mike Ashley, majority shareholder in Frasers, and through it Sofa.com heads the list. He has been ranked 49th in the list, worth £3.799bn, up £41m on 2023.

Dunelm founder Sir Will Adderley and family are ranked 91st, up one place, worth £1.877bn

Jonas and Mathias Kamprad are ranked 94th, up two places, worth £1.833bn thanks to Ikea.

Wren Kitchens sees Malcolm Healy and family ranked 111st, up three places and worth £1.501bn despite a £99m drop in their fortune, according to the list.

Fenwicks’ Mark Fenwick and family are given a worth of £526m, up £26m, and ranked 278th, a climb of eight places.

Flooring manufacturer James Halstead gives Mark Halstead and family a worth of £428m and a ranking of 313rd, up 15 places.

In order to make the top 350, a wealth estimated at £350m is needed.
