Jay-Be strengthens management

Jay-Be has strengthened its management team with two internal promotions.

‘Rob Livingstone has been appointed md. Having spent his time at Jay-Be gaining a deep understanding of all areas of the business, Rob will continue to work closely with the board and wider teams to lead the ongoing development of the Jay-Be product portfolio and drive international expansion,’ says Roger Durrans, Jay-Be ceo.

‘Leanne Scargill has been promoted to director of culture. With over a decade at Jay-Be, Leanne has played a key role in the company’s evolution and growth. In her new role, she will continue to oversee day-to-day operations while working closely with teams across the business to strengthen our positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture in support of continued growth.’

Katie Dilnot will join the company on 19 January 2026 as national accounts manager. ‘Katie brings extensive experience in senior retail account management and will work closely with Alison Featherston to further strengthen Jay-Be’s commercial capability. Together, these changes represent an important step in positioning Jay-Be for its next phase of growth in 2026 and beyond, both in the UK and internationally,’ says Durrans.
