Isle of Wight flooring retailer John Betchley is to retire.
The owner of Nuttall & Betchley in Ryde, is retiring after more than three decades in business, having opened the store in 1986.
Approaching his 72nd birthday, he says now is the right time to retire and thanked his customers over the decades.
The store will close on 31 March. He says he has had some interest in the building but wasn’t sure of its future.
