Our Managing Director, Sue Kemp, has informed the Board of her decision to step down at the end of December 2026. This timeline ensures a smooth and structured transition of governance during our 50th anniversary year.
Over the past seven years, Sue has focused on the commercial transformation and stabilisation of AIS, steering the business through Brexit and the pandemic onto a more sustainable financial footing, while ensuring ourINDX Shows remain a vital platform for the industry.
We thank Sue for her commitment and leadership. For the remainder of the year, it is business as usual as Sue works alongside the Board to manage a seamless handover.
