Loaf has turned to the fashion industry to recruit its next chief commercial officer.
Theodore Sheppard will join from River Island in September. He succeeds Robert White who had been in the role since February 2013.
Sheppard has spent his career in fashion, including almost eight years at River Island in international and group development roles, including director of international and group development since January. Before that he was responsible for the Calvin Klein clothing brand in Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa.
