Made sets takeover deadline

Made.com has told potential buyers to have offers ready soon after setting a deadline for initial proposals.

The etailer says that it has entered into non-disclosure agreements with ‘a number of interested parties.’

These will now be given more information on the group and asked for proposals by the middle of October.

This is then expected to lead to a second round of negotiations.

The group says that its three-phase recovery plan will require £45m-£70m over the next 18 months.
