A Cumbrian flooring retailer has made its first move into dedicated retail premises.
MG Carpets in Barrow-in-Furness, which occupied a stall in the town’s indoor market for the past 18 months, has moved to premises on the town’s Dalton Road, part of the Barrow business improvement district.
‘It’s great to be here. We were a small 3sqm market stall and so the extra room is brilliant. The new market space we were offered wasn’t really big enough. Our carpets reach up to 13ft high so we so it’s great that we now have the extra roof space we need,’ says Mark Grogan, MG Carpets owner.
